1. Can Singapore Permanent Residents receive the GST Voucher?

The GST Voucher is only given to Singapore citizens.
2. I have just become a Singapore Citizen. Am I eligible for the GST Voucher?

As long as you become a Singapore Citizen on or before 31 December 2021, you will be eligible for the 2022 GST Voucher – Cash and/or MediSave if you meet the respective criteria.
3. I hold Singapore citizenship and citizenship of another country. Am I eligible for the GST Voucher?

Dual citizenship is not allowed under Singapore law. Those who hold foreign citizenship will not be eligible for the GST Voucher, regardless of whether they simultaneously hold Singapore citizenship. Please approach the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to resolve your citizenship issues.
