GST Voucher – Cash
To receive the GST Voucher (GSTV) – Cash in 2023, you must fulfil the following criteria:i. You must be a Singapore citizen, residing in Singapore;
ii. You must be aged 21 or above in 2023;
iii. Your Income Earned in 2021 as assessed by IRAS (Assessable Income (AI) for the Year of Assessment (YA) 2022) must not exceed $34,000;
iv. The Annual Value (AV) of your home (as indicated on your NRIC) as at 31 December 2022 must not exceed $21,000; and
v. You must not own more than one property
At Budget 2023, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr Lawrence Wong, announced that the GSTV – Cash quantum will be increased by up to $300 in 2023, compared to the GSTV – Cash quantum in 2022.

To receive the GSTV – MediSave in 2023, you must fulfil the following criteria:i. You must be a Singapore citizen, residing in Singapore;
ii. You must be aged 65 or above in 2023;
iii. The Annual Value (AV) of your home (as indicated on your NRIC) as at 31 December 2022 must not exceed $21,000; and
iv. You must not own more than one property

Singapore Citizen | Those who hold foreign citizenship will not be eligible for the GSTV scheme, regardless of whether they simultaneously hold Singapore citizenship. Please approach the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) to resolve your citizenship issues. |
