Most Singaporeans do not need to sign up for their GST Voucher. Only Singaporeans who have not previously signed up for a Government payment (e.g. the 2017 GST Voucher, Growth Dividend or GST Credits) will need to sign up for their 2018 GST Voucher − Cash and/or Medisave. No sign-up is required for GST Voucher − U−Save.

My 2018 GST Voucher from 1 July 2018. Eligible Singaporeans will be notified in July each year.
GSTV – Cash and/or Medisave
If you are eligible and have signed up in July 2018 (date to be confirmed), you will receive your GST Voucher – Cash and/or Medisave on
1 August 2018.
The GST Voucher – Cash will be deposited to your bank account that was used for the last cash payment from the Government (e.g. Workfare Income Supplement or Growth Dividend). If your bank account is closed, you will be notified to update your bank account details.
The GST Voucher – Medisave will be credited to your CPF Medisave Account.
GSTV – U-Save
If your household qualifies, you will receive your GST Voucher – U-Save over 4 payments each year. For FY 2018, the U-Save rebates will be paid out in July 2018, October 2018, January 2019 and April 2019. The GST Voucher – U-Save will be used to offset your household’s utilities bills.
From 2017, those getting GSTV – Cash or GSTV – Medisave will automatically receive SMS notifications if they have a mobile number updated with SingPass. Those up to the age of 58 will receive SMS only, while older recipients will receive both letters and SMS.
